Job description
Installing including rough in (first fix) of a variety of Split AC systems, Roof top condensers and associated AC systems
Equipment Start Up’s – general HVAC, controls and hydronic, service support and warranty work on all installations
Testing, inspecting installed systems and troubleshooting control issues
Carrying out refurbishment work due to breakdown or maintenance inspections
Providing accurate feedback information including completing test sheets, routine rounds inspection sheets and work dockets containing durations of maintenance activities and observations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
HVAC for 3 years and Refrigeration /Journeyman Cert. training an asset
Experience trouble-shooting and servicing HVAC equipment and controls
Willing to complete training in relevant areas as needed
Required experience: HVAC: 3 years
Trade certification for refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics is compulsory
